The service
myownpic.com provides free software tools that run in your web browser. The tools process files on your device; the website only delivers the code. You may use the tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial, except where a third-party component says otherwise.
The background remover
The background remover uses the BRIA RMBG-1.4 model, which its authors license for non-commercial use. Commercial use of results produced with it requires an agreement with BRIA. The rest of the site has no such restriction.
Your content
You keep all rights to the files you process. Because nothing is uploaded, myownpic never receives, stores or claims any rights over your content. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you process.
No warranty
The tools are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. Results depend on your browser and hardware and may differ between devices. Always keep your original files; the tools never modify them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, myownpic is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the tools.
Changes
The tools and these terms may change over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Last updated 2 September 2026.
